In more than 35 years as a practicing attorney, I have helped innumerable clients make a fresh start under the protection of the bankruptcy system. I have also worked as a mortgage broker, giving me a particularly well-rounded understanding of the issues facing clients who are trying to avoid mortgage foreclosure.
